Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward the total service cost. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no penalty. Deposits are fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
